This beautiful Kitsilano home had it all! Renovated to the studs and including some of the nicest finishes one could have, this home hit the market and the phone did not stop ringing. At a time when Westside detached homes came back to a balanced market, we decided to hold off on all offers until after the open houses in order to maximize exposure.
After a lengthy online marketing campaign, mail outs and much more we had nearly 100 buyers through the home in 7 days. This resulted in 3 offers and a selling price above what anyone thought possible at the time.
