First, start by looking at the home and what it can offer you in regards to its functionality… and then start figuring out if the homes character is something you love or something that you need to upgrade. No matter what, buying a home takes patience. It takes patience to find the right home, it takes patience to find the right price- everything takes patience. Whether to buy a renovation property or turn-key home all boils down to how long you are willing to wait to get what you want.
