The Sales Story

Hitting the market December 11th was something many Vancouver Realtors would not suggest. However, we decided to market the home and see how the market reacted. Plan B was to come back to market mid January if we did not get the result we were after. 

After hitting the market for $1,175,000 unit #1203 (one floor lower) which was the exact same layout hit the market and undercut our price without a floor plan, video or professional photography. #1203 still generated multiple offers and sold for $1,150,000 after an asking price of $1,139,000.

After 2 others submitted offers on our suite we decided to wait until after the open houses to consider any offers.  After many private showings and weekend open houses we secured another 2 offers and sold for $30,000 more than #1203 only days later!
